Academics
Academic excellence holds immense importance and priority at our international school. A learner is the focal point of the entire educational pedagogy. Our students are active learners who explore and internalize knowledge through their spirit of inquiry and creativity. The curriculum has been designed to deliver through an innovative combination of classroom and activity-led learning. It is well-structured to develop a whole range of skills, aptitudes and abilities.
 
The International Primary Program
Our Primary Program helps students in building a strong foundation of learning, self-esteem and confidence to make them lifelong learners and good human beings.
It is designed for each child to become an independent learner by utilizing on critical reading, writing and oral development. It instils a balance of independent and group-work along with the application of knowledge and skills.
 
Curriculum Structure
Our International Primary Program is designed for learners from pre-primary to grade V. It focuses on the development of a pupil, as an inquirer both in the classroom and in the outside world. It is a framework guided by global themes with subjects using powerful tool of inquiry. The subject areas include English, Mathematics, Science, Social Studies, Arts and Physical Education. From grade II onwards, learners are given a choice to learn any one of Hindi, French or Spanish languages.
 
Experiential Learning
It goes beyond the textbook and written words. We implement experiential learning methods which help students learn by doing and not just by reading or listening. The teachers motivate them to learn by inquiry in a carefully crafted lesson plan. The outcome must have collaborative, authentic and purposeful learning.
 
Secondary Level Grade VI to Grade X
From grade VI to grade X, we facilitate an international middle-year curriculum. In particular, the secondary school curriculum is designed to enable a smooth progression from primary to secondary and beyond. It equips learners with the personal learning and thinking skills required to succeed in education, life and work. It motivates, engages and prepares them for the world of employment and continuing education. Learners are made aware of local, national and international communities. It encourages learners to take responsibility of their own health and safety and appreciate the benefits and risks of the choices they make. The intellectual, personal, social and physical development of all learners is promoted herein.
 
Assessment and Evaluation
We focus on the child's all-round development. Contrary to the conventional system of marks or grades that describes the progress of learners, our comprehensive, continuous and robust evaluation system identifies areas for growth. It enables teachers, parents, pupils and stakeholders to reflect on the strengths and challenges.
